Gift bouquets deliveryGift bouquets are available for delivery within 5 miles of Colchester city centre, and in Ardleigh, Elmstead Market and Great Bromley.
I often deliver bouquets myself, or alternatively I use an eco cycle delivery service.
You can specify a delivery date at the checkout. I will be in touch to confirm delivery arrangements, and to check if there is a place to leave the flowers if nobody is home. We will always do our best to find a sheltered and safe spot for the flowers if we need to leave them, but we can’t take responsibility for flowers which are left.
Funeral flowers deliveryI can deliver funeral flowers to funeral directors within 10 miles of Colchester on the morning of the ceremony, and I will liaise with them to arrange this.
Alternatively, I can deliver the flowers to you, or you can choose to collect them from me in Wivenhoe.
Collecting your flowersAll my flowers can also be collected from my home in Wivenhoe. There is a flower hut in my driveway where I leave flowers to be collected at your convenience on the agreed date. I will be in touch following your order to share my address. I cannot take responsibility for the condition of flowers which are collected later than the agreed date.
If there is a problem with your flowersAll of our flowers are non-refundable, however in the unlikely event that your flowers are damaged on receipt, please contact me as soon as possible with photos showing the condition of the flowers. Where I agree that the damage justifies a replacement, I will arrange this as soon as possible.
